Troy-Joseph Duncan age, 56 passed away peacefully Sunday October 4, 2015 at his home, with his loving ARC family by his side. He is predeceased by his parents Ed and Kate Duncan. He is survived by his siblings; Patti (Mark) Ahern, Kathy (Bill) DeWeese, Ed Duncan and Terry Duncan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday October 7, 2015 at the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer. Family and friends are welcome to visit prior to the service from 2:00 pm-3pm. Burial will be private for the family following the service. Joe's family would like to send their heartfelt thanks to the staff members who have cared for, mentored and supported him his entire adult life, especially the teams at Vandenburgh Place and recently Diamond Rock Village.
