Wynantskill- David C. Sweeney, 27, passed suddenly of a brain aneurysm on Wednesday Dec. 7, 2016 at Albany Medical Center. Born in Albany and raised in Wynantskill, he was employed at Armory Garage. He enjoyed getting tattoos, vacations to Florida and Cape Cod, and anything Vikings and his Irish heritage. His favorite thing was spending quality time with family and friends. Dave is survived by his loving and devoted parents Laurie and Peter Sweeney, cherished grandmother Mary Gladding, loving sisters Kristen Sweeney, Rebecca (Shane) Bouchard, Jennifer (Corey) Stotts, and his wife Jessica. He is also survived by a niece and nephews, many cousins, aunts and uncles and his furry companions Sasha, Jewels, Riley and his favorite lady Pinto. He is predeceased by his grandparents Hazel and Miles Sweeney, William Gladding and uncle Christopher Gladding.
