Rensselaer- Paul J. Eriole, Jr. age 77 of Rensselaer passed away on Thursday August 31, 2017. Paul was born in Albany and was raised on Westerlo Street. He was employed as a shoe salesman for approximately for 30 years and after retirement he worked as a security guard for Albany County for the last 16 years. Paul was in the military as a member of the Army National Guard. He was predeceased by his wife Flo and is survived by his loving companion Shiela Darnell, his brothers and sister Albert, Victor and Sandra and his sister-in-law and care giver Barbara. Funeral from the W. J. Lyons Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer, Tuesday afternoon at 2:00. All are welcome to attend. Calling hours will be at the funeral home prior to the service from 12-2 PM. Interment will be with his parents at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont.
