Rensselaer- On January 11, 2018, Patricia "Peanut" (Coons) Bellefeuille, age 66, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Albany, NY, Patricia was the daughter of the late Elizabeth "Betty" & late Raymond Coons. She had married the love of her life, the late Leo E. Bellefeuille, and together they raised 3 children. Pat enjoyed life as a homemaker, mother and Nana to 5 grandchildren. Her family was her entire world. Birthday parties and cookouts were some of the things she enjoyed most. "Peanut" was feisty & stubborn and lived life on her terms. One of the many reasons she was so loved and will be greatly missed. She was also predeceased by her siblings Raymond Jr and Elizabeth "Lizzy" Schor. Pat is survived by her children John Bellefeuille, Dawn (Jeff) Smith, and Jason (Lee Rappold) Bellefeuille. Beloved Nana of Zachary, Austin, Sierra, Jayleigh, and Sarah. Her siblings Donnette (Ron) Coons, Donald (Diane) Coons, Mary (Thomas) Fitzgerald and James Coons. Many nieces & nephews, close friends who are considered family and her spoiled & precious dog Cheeko. Pat's family would like to give special thanks to the first responders and the entire staff at Albany Medical Center CCU for everything they did for Pat and the family. We are forever grateful. Funeral from the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer Wednesday evening at 7 PM. All are welcome to attend. Relatives and friends are invited and may call prior to the service from 4-7 PM.
