My sincerest sympathy being sent to Dr Gavin's family. My mom was one of Dr Gavin's first patients. I also was his patient and have very fond memories. A nurse myself, he truly was a good and caring physician.

Dear Ellen, I am so very sorry to hear of you Dad's death. I have wonderful memories of both your Mom and Dad from the numerous sleep overs at your home when we were young girls.
