My Daddy, he was the most loving and kind man I ever knew. He believed in giving everyone the benefit of doubt and never would.turn his back on a person in need. He may get annoyed, but that was an eye roll and head shake, but he didnt hold a grudge. He was my champion and hero from the day I was born. He lifted me up when I was down; and would listen in silence but compassion when he couldn't find the words I needed to hear. His love of his family was limitless. He enjoyed the simple things in life the Giants and Yankees, garage sales and powers park. He enjoyed seeing and experiencing new things. A while back I told him that I wanted us to go sky diving. He thought I was crazy and he wasn't sure, but if that's what you want to do we can, I guess. We never did go skydiving. Instead we did a day trip to key west, then Miami, Naples and the everglades and made memories that would last a lifetime. He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren. His brothers and sisters. Nieces and nephews. He loved life. He didn't mind being silly. He enjoyed a good laugh and if he would think it it was probably going to be spoken. Our hearts are crushed are spirit broken, but god please hold my father keep him safe until we meet again. I love you Daddy say hi to Mom and give her a hug and kiss for me. Let her know we will be ok. And Daddy I know you are looking down upon me holding me in your arms and listening in silence with live and warmth, so I will say goodbye for now until we meet again in dreams and time.
