James J. Nolan- 1961-2021 Jim was born October 21, 1961 to the late John C. and Jane M. Nolan in Albany. He grew up in Defreestville, Corning and Voorheesville. He is a 1978 graduate of Voorheesville High School and has lived in Albany since 1975. Jim loved computers and worked in IT most of his life. At the time of his death he was employed by Exyte in Albany as an IT Technician. Jim also loved genealogy and spent many hours researching the Nolan and Quinn family trees. He is survived by his brother John Michael (Sandra) Nolan of Hinsdale MA, his sisters, Susan (Michael) O'Meara of Roanoke, VA and Mary (Robert) Stoll of Richfield Springs, NY. He is also survived by his aunts, Joan Adam and Berry Geier of Rensselaer, along with eight nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. The burial was private. The family plans to conduct a celebration of life at a later date. Contributions in Jim's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society
