Rensselaer- Paul J. Stasack, age 54 passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 20, 2021. Born in Albany and was a lifelong resident of Rensselaer. Paul was a member of the Rensselaer Woodsmen’s Club and the Empire Beagle Club. He was a Rensselaer Pop Warner coach and a former board member of the Rensselaer City School District. Paul was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time outdoors with his best friends and family. He also volunteered his time to many organizations in the City of Rensselaer, including the Rensselaer Fire Department. Highschool sweetheart and loving husband of 33 years to Theresa J. Stasack. Adoring father to Tara (Chris) Kyer, Erica (Shane) Brozowski, Tyler (Rachel Meyer) Stasack. Greatest papa to Stella and Braxton. Son of the late Angeline Cipollari Stasack and Peter P. Stasack Sr. Brother to Peter (Pam) Stasack, MaryAnn (the late Jake) Martyn and Toni (Peter) Stasack. Brother-in-law to Brian (Kim) Fahrenkopf, Stephen (Sandy) Fahrenkopf, Danny (Kelly) Fahrenkopf, and Amy (Gregg) Collar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
