Obituary of Joseph D. McLoughlin
Guilderland- Joseph McLoughlin, 59, passed peacefully in his sleep on Dec. 15, 2021. He was born on November 23, 1962, to Barbara Medick (Morse) and the late George McLoughlin.

Joseph started his working career as a graphic designer in NYC. He later returned to the Capitol Region and joined the carpenter’s union local 291 for 26 years. Joe was currently employed as a carpenter with NYS at SUNY for the last 10 years.
Joe leaves behind his beloved daughter Katherine Duval and long-time companion Norma Duval. Loving son of Barbara Morse Medick (George); brother of Mary (Sean) McInerney and Matthew McLoughlin (Kara); beloved uncle of Hunter McLoughlin, Patrick McInerney, and Maeve McLoughlin; and childhood friend of Dale Ciurczak.
