I would like to thank Dr. Fasulo for operating on my jaw to correct the over-bite and under-bite problems in 1988. I will be forever grateful for his and Dr. Busino's work on my mouth. I will be 70 this year. I had a dentist when I was going up who would say, "God sure made you in a hurry." I am now saying, "thank you, God, for making a person like Dr. Carmen Fasulo." Sam, I am so very sorry to learn that Carmen has passed away.. Today I have been thinking about the good times we had over the years and I am grateful for some very happy memories we made together. I have so many wonderful memories to share such as the time spent on the boat in Lake George to our vacations on Marco Island and back to Feura Bush and beyond. Some of my most lovely memories include Carmen's accordion concerts in the living room where we would play "Name That Tune", many birthday parties and picnics when all of the Nardacci families would be together and so many more happy times Jim and I were lucky enough shared with both Carmen and Sam. Those days will neve be forgotten and neither will our very dear friend Carmen.

For many years, I was a patient of Dr. Fasulo. Who can be happy to visit the doctor who will, once again, cause necessary discomfort? I was. Dr. Fasulo was uniformly skillful, cheerful, encouraging, and humorous. He made a difficult process manageable and I remain the beneficiary of his excellent work. He shared stories of his family with great pride. Please accept my sincere sympathies on your loss of this lovely man.
