Collette & Family – My deepest condolences to all of you in this time of pain and loss. Carmen was a fellow scientist and good neighbor with whom I enjoyed fairly frequent mailbox conversations, mostly about baseball – his Yankees and my Phillies – but sometimes about science also. Carmen also was concerned and sympathetic in regard to my wife’s decades-long medical struggles. A good man and kind soul, I will both remember and miss him. -- Bob
